Summary
We need to test schema operations on tiered storage. The easiest and most reasonable way is to extend existing tests with the new scenario.

Acceptance Criteria (Definition of Done)
test_schema01.py - test_schema08.py tests need to be enabled with a tiered storage scenario. If it reveals issues we should comment out the change, create a ticket to fix the issue, and leave "FIXME: WT-XXXX" comment in the test. The description of the ticket should mention the test it's related to, it will be used as a reproducer.
