      Summary
      Implement a new "test_export01.py" test. The test should:

      1. create a few tables (URI is "table:")
      2. open backup:export cursor
      3. Check that WiredTiger.export file has been generated
      4. Check that it has expected entries

      There should be tiered and non-tiered scenarios. Consider using TieredConfigMixin and tiered_storage_sources.
