Disable certain tests for mongodb-6.0 branch

      We have a few Evergreen builders (listed below) expected to be executed only on the "WiredTiger (develop)" Evergreen project. Those builders should be disabled in the newly created "WiredTiger (mongodb-6.0)" Evergreen project.

      In the past, we used the "activate: false" Evergreen argument setting to disable a builder.
