After WT-9201 is merged, the MDB Server team intends to remove "mixed-mode" support in favor of per-transaction "no-timestamp" support.
Once that work is complete, this ticket should be used to remove "mixed-mode" from the WiredTiger library.
All of the documentation and test changes will be included in WT-9201, the only remaining change needed will be to remove the 3 places WT_DHANDLE_TS_MIXED_MODE appears in the code.
