Summary
When RTS is in progress, based on the RTS activity, cache utilization could reach peak levels. RTS is currently configured to ignore cache bounds as RTS failure will lead to recovery failure which could be catastrophic. RTS is also configured not to participate in eviction as it could increase the recovery latency.
