Update the cppsuite directory structure

Update the directory structure of the cppsuite to more accurately reflect the intent of the code and make it easier to navigate.

• Logically arrange code files over the following folders in the cppsuite directory: config, common, component, main, storage, tests.
• Remove backwards relative paths in includes.
