      Summary
      This ticket deals with adding a new debug flag that makes checkpoint perform eviction on all possible leaf pages that it walks. This flag is quite invasive as checkpoint will be attempting to evict leaf pages. The benefit of this flags, ensures that checkpoint performing eviction should not create any data correctness issues.

      This ticket will also add a new evergreen task, which enables this flag and run test/format.
