Wrong ifdef in the zlib compressor extension

      The zlib compressor extension tests the snappy compressor extension's builtin #define and thus gets miscompiled if you configure with snappy builtin and zlib not builtin.

      Which nobody's going to do; I only stumbled on this by accident. Should still be fixed though.
