test_export01 fails with "Unexpected character" and "Unbalanced bracket"

      While I was trying to reproduce WT-9514 I was running test_export01.py from the tip of develop branch in a loop on PPC host. I did it twice and both times it crashed on ~5000 iteration in "__config_err, 19". The crashes don't seem to be related to that ticket.
