As part of our pre-merge tests (through commit queue), the unit-test-long is one of the longest-running tasks that we should consider breaking down into smaller parts/buckets to reduce the overall testing turnaround time. 

In the past, we broke down the unit-test task into 10 buckets for a similar purpose.
