Add an option to the cppsuite run tool to list valid test names.

      The CppSuite has a number of tests these days and knowing the exact test command to run can be a bit confusing. The run tool should accept an option --list for example that lists the tests that can be run by it.

      Scope:

      • Add the new option
      • Validate it works
