It would very useful to have ready access to libbson builds via deterministic URLs as is the case for libmongocrypt builds which are available at:

https://s3.amazonaws.com/mciuploads/libmongocrypt/<platform>/master/<revision>/libmongocrypt.tar.gz

Specifically, this would help make it easier to package Python projects that use libbson - the upcoming PyMongoArrow project as well python-bsonjs.
