      Scope

      Deprecate the "_hint" functions are used to set/get a server ID:

      • mongoc_bulk_operation_set_hint
      • mongoc_bulk_operation_get_hint
      • mongoc_cursor_set_hint
      • mongoc_cursor_get_hint

      And add alternative names replacing "hint" with "server_id" (or "serverid").
