      CDRIVER-5571 for libmongoc 1.28.0 introduces server_id getter/setter methods and deprecates hint methods. Continued use of the hint methods will yield a -Werror=deprecated-declarations build error when compiling with developer flags, as shown in this build failure.

      PHPC should update all usage to the newer serverid variants.
