I want... to increase the isolation of the code run by the embedded shell
So that... we can rely on OS-level isolation, and control the execution of the shell process through typical child_process APIs.

User Experience

• No perceived changes at the user level of the embedded shell feature.

• Are we able to get addons to work in UtilityProcesses the same way they work today? (CSFLE)
• How will authentication be shared with the utility process?

• Create a script to be the entry point for the embedded shell by importing @mongosh/cli-repl and exposing it over the electron provisioned MessageChannel
