Implement Web Worker sandbox for shell BSON parsing

      All the parsing/validation functions needs to be run within a WebWorker. Expose all the functions added in COMPASS-11126 and default `parse` export function of the `@mongodb-js/shell-bson-parser` so that they are executed within this WebWorker.
