      Add the folder item type to `getVirtualTreeItems` in compass-connections-navigation, group connections under folders, sort folders and connections alphabetically, render folder rows, and add title-click expand/collapse. Update code that assumes connections are at the top level (indentation, aria-level, keyboard navigation, `getConnectionId`).
