Authentication Fails on Windows When Using Kerberos

      When connecting to a mongod with Kerberos authentication, the server always returns an error:

      authentication failed or
Kerberos library is not installed

      Internal testing only shows Kerberos library is not installed but customers report authentication failures as well?
