Compass should trim whitespace from the beginning and end of the username on connection window

      Whitespace at the beginning or end of the username in the connection window will prevent a successful connection. However, it is not obvious there is whitespace present in the UI.

      Since copy/paste sometimes appends/prepends whitespace, we should consider trimming it from the beginning and end of the username on the connection dialog.
