Allow Windows/Mac users to select Client certificate from system certificate store

      Users on Windows currently have to export their client certificates from the certificate store, then use openssl to convert from pkcs12/pfx to x509 for usage in Compass.

      Compass users would like to specify a certificate store record, much like Mongo Shell's  --sslCertificateSelector
