Compass does not set SSL dropdown from clipboard for Atlas clusters

      using cloud-dev.mongodb.com for Atlas cluster

      Repro:

      go to Atlas and follow connect instructions for Compass,
      copy the connection string to the keyboard
      open Compass:
      say "Yes" to dialog
      Notice "SSL" is not set. This causes read ECONNRESET error
      Setting SSL manually to System CA / Atlas Deployment allows it to work

      Expect: a better error message or SSL to be set automatically since I copied from Atlas.
