Compass stuck on Activating plugins on Windows 10

      We've seen this problem a lot: Twitter, Compass mailing list, Atlas Intercom.

      Looks like the problem does not occur with the isolated edition. Is it possible that on plugin activation we do something with the network, e.g. in compass-metrics, that might cause this behavior?
