C-sharp driver field values can be null

      As per HELP-12846, certain field values are displayed as null in the DE UI. This isn't trivially reproducible, as inserting a simple doc of similar form to the example in HELP-12846 renders fine (see screenshot). Two key points to investigate:
      1. This appears to occur in Compass as well, suggesting the common UI libraries shared between DE and Compass are at fault.
      2. The case in the HELP ticket is occurring with documents generated by the C# driver, so this may be specific to that.
