• Created a custom role with access to a single collection within a database of a cluster
• Created a new user and assigned the newly created custom role access
• Collected connection string for the Cluster where the DB.Collection is located
• Connected using Compass with the connection sting + uid/pwd of new user
• COMPASS JUST LOOPS AND NEVER LOGS IN

BTW. I was able to connect to the cluster and access the collection using Mongo Shell.
