Fix use of bson in Compass

      Bson is causing few issues in compass at the moment:

      • webpack tries to use the browserified version of Buffer and bumps into https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/NODE-3376
      • bson-transpilers fails with any bson > 4.1
      • ejson-shell-parser requires 4.2 or gives compilation issues
