Remove mongodb-extended-json usage

      The package is deprecated and causes issues like COMPASS-4926. We should just stick with the bson package's EJSON implementation wherever possible.

      This requires the fix for NODE-3247 to be released, as it solves a problem similar to COMPASS-4926.
      This should work with bson 4.4.1.
