We want to be able to measure and track how changes that we introduce to Compass affect a synthetic metric that we call Time to First Query: time that it takes for user to start Compass, connect to the MongoDB server and run a query against any collection on that server.

For that purpose we want to add a test to compass-e2e-tests that will measure this time as described above and report it back to us (initially we want this metric to be an informational/warning thing initially, not a blocker for changes to be introduced to Compass)
