Multiple PEM files for SSL Server CA do not work

      When selecting Server / Client Validation for SSL in Compass the user can select multiple files to contain certificates for "Certificate Authority".

      This is now broken with the new driver. As the connection string tlsCAFile only supports a single file and it is common to have certificate bundles, the solution should be to only allow a single file to be selected.
