Use ConnectionStorage to save connections

      Saving events this will handle:

      • When a connection is connected to we always save the `lastUsed` field.
      • When a connection is not a favorite and successfully connected to we save it as a recent.

      The other save events we can handle with COMPASS-5300 when we add the saving buttons:

      • When a favorite connection is edited we show a message prompt to save or discard changes.

      • When a connection is saved as a favorite.

      The duplicate and remove connection saving events will happen in another ticket, COMPASS-5255
