      Original Downstream Change Summary

      A new field "isHoldingTicket" has been added to the subdocuments in the "queues" section of $currentOp aggregation.

      Description of Linked Ticket

      The admission context currently tracks how many times an operation was admitted and the total time it spent in the queue, but not whether it currently holds a ticket. We need this information, both in our logic and for diagnostic purposes (i.e. reported in curop).
