Some users get confused by the fact that we display "ghost" collections and databases that likely do not exist in the Compass sidebar. One specific customer got confused because they saw ghost dbs & collections appear in a cluster where they never actually create these namespaces because their specific privileges were granted at the project level, not the cluster level. 

Instead of displaying these collections & databases in the sidebar, we should display them in the create database and create collection modals. This would make the information more actionable and less confusing altogether for users.
