New collections view

      users are now reporting that the collections/databases list view in MDE is a breaking change because it is much harder to work with. The old DE presented data points in a nice table that enabled copy/pasting for internal reporting, whereas the new DE makes this much harder.

      We will add a collections view in Compass (-Web) to replace this old view
