      In the scope of CSHARP-2126 we added this property https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-csharp-driver/blob/master/src/MongoDB.Driver.Core/MongoConnectionException.cs#L86.

      It's not 100% clear why we don't consider TimeoutException here. We need to investigate it
