Compression on Linux/OSX not working

      Snappy and ZStandard compression support for linux and macOS were added to the driver in CSHARP-2813 and CSHARP-2914

      This however isn't working in production. The libraries are not being copied to the runtimes folder in the nuget package, which makes the driver throw a "not supported" error.
