Support for MD5 in GridFS has been removed

The GridFS spec deprecated the MD5 hash on file contents, but the .NET/C# Driver still supports it. Use of MD5 is not FIPS compliant. With MongoDB.Driver.GridFS being merged into MongoDB.Driver via CSHARP-5232, we should remove MD5 support from GridFS so that we don't introduce a known FIPS-compliance problem to the driver.
