Build as DLL on Windows does not work

      Hi!

      I wanted to build the latest mongo-cxx-driver-r3.1.1 as DLL on Windows.
      I think I have the prerequisites right:

      • MongoDB C driver 1.5.0.

      I'm building on Win10 with VC++ 2015.

      Please see the attached error output.

      Can you give me a hint?
