Test minimum supported compilers in Evergreen

      Travis builds with clang 3.6.2, and has caught compilation problems that did not appear on Evergreen (e.g. CXX-2041). We should not be relying on Travis to provide additional test coverage.

      Ensure Evergreen tests with the earliest compilers we advertise support.
