Update Travis tests from Ubuntu 14.04 and test against latest server

      Once evergreen becomes the source of all compilation tests (CXX-2060) we'd no longer need to rely on Travis to provide additional test coverage. We can keep it for the benefit of users (they can test on Travis without our intervention), but we should update the hosts so the tests can run against the latest MongoDB server.
