The only uses of functions from this header in the driver are one instance of hexdump in sock.cpp in a DEV block, one instance of endian conversion in message.h (which will be fixed by AAE project), and one instance of PRINT, also in message.

None of these are valuable in the driver. We should spot fix the usages and drop the "goodies" header.
