Test against matrix of mongodb versions in MCI

      Right now, some of our buildvariants pull down the latest mongodb distributions, but some are fixed at 2.6.4. Change download urls to use the "latest" keyword, which should keep us up-to-date now and moving forward.

      Ideally all buildvariants should run against both versions as well as 2.4.
