Our manual install of MO is forcing a pymongo 3 install which is messing up our builders. We should roll MO into the images so we get deterministic environment/builds.

old desc: MO is stable enough that we should pull a specific commit or tag when installing. That way we can have a stable/repeatable build without being prone to breakage from changes that go into MO master.
