mongod fails to start when running legacy C++ driver test suite on 32-bit RHEL

      mongod has been failing to start during the legacy C++ driver test suite runs on the 32-bit RHEL machines. Reproducing with a spawnhost reveals that the issue is that the tests are being run with the default storage engine configured (WiredTiger), which does not support 32-bit builds.
