Add mongodb+srv URIs to Atlas Connectivity tests

      The three URIs that drivers use to test Atlas connectivity all use the mongodb scheme.  Drivers should also test against Atlas URIs that use the mongodb+srv scheme, as those are the URIs that are provided by the Atlas UI for modern drivers.
