      DRIVERS-3663 (mongodl's GPG check of "latest" downloads placing its gpg homedir under $TMPDIR, so the gpg-agent socket path exceeds the OS limit) is fixed upstream. Remove the unset TMPDIR workaround and its TODO from evergreen/evergreen.yml (added in EF-462).
