      The way retries are implemented in MixedBulkWriteOperation prevents us from introducing the RetryPolicy abstraction needed for JAVA-6019.

      This change is really for DRIVERS-3239/JAVA-5956, DRIVERS-3411/JAVA-6117, DRIVERS-3370/JAVA-6113, DRIVERS-3412/JAVA-6119, DRIVERS-3427/JAVA-6141. But to avoid further manipulations with that many tickets, the work will be tracked in this new ticket.
