      Currently, tagged releases are accessible by two URLs, one containing the SHA, and one pointing to "latest". They are uploaded by the "upload-all" task".

      For drivers that are consuming libmongocrypt from the SHA URL, it would be preferable to refer to a tag instead, e.g.

      We can add an additional upload or symlink to the "upload-all" task.
