Ensure `collStats` and `currentOp` command and stage result handling permits missing information

      Based on the goals from the scope: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Yiw2Id2Uh_ThIrLjoDKj4pTBwv-cXB36MmBQgSyQPyQ/
      These changes will impact the results of the `collStats` command and stage as well as the `currentOp` command and stage. We should ensure our usages of these stages and commands allow for missing/redacted information.
      Currently we do some parsing and handling of this collection information, so it is being used.
