      Extend CliUserConfig with the `logRetentionDays` setting to allow users to specify a retention time in the number of days, keeping the default of 30 days.

      This `logRetentionDays` setting should work in combination with the `logRetentionGB` and `logMaxFileCount` setting. See tech design for more details.
