      Extend CliUserConfig with the `logMaxFileCount` setting to allow users to adjust the limit. Currently, we only store 100 log files.

      This `logMaxFileCount` setting should work in combination with the `logRetentionGB` and `logRetentionDays` setting. See tech design for more details.
