We replace the manual testing matrix connectivity tests and add tests for other environments. These tests are added to a separate lerna package specifically for connectivity tests. We do not run the whole test suite against these environments, and instead add individual tests that perform basic testing of the shell in such environments (can show databases, can show collections, can read from collection).
